We strive to get packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is submitted we cannot accept cancellations or changes.

Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot guarantee the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, therefore we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

We know that it can be hard to order new skin care products online, that’s  why we offer our soaps and many other products in sample sizes that you  can purchase and experiment with.

We believe that you will love our organic all natural products. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please let us know. Your satisfaction is our goal and we will work with you to give you a positive experience.

Simply Prana is not responsible for any individual reaction to any ingredient. All of our products have a complete list of ingredients on our website. If you have sensitivities to any listed ingredients, you should not use the product. If you are unsure, try doing an allergy patch test on a small part of your body. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use of that product immediately.
